A plant-based sustainable kitchen that focuses on fusing world flavours and seasonal ingredients, while implementing techniques to extend this experience through fermentation, aging, and preserving these ingredients for our menu offerings. We present our food on a project by project bases, focussing on how our cultural influences of food and flavours can elevate this experience. We source all our ingredients responsibly and from sustainable local suppliers, while incorporating wild foraged ingredients when available.

In tandem with focussing on food , Bean Trill Kitchen Works serves as a vehicle for artistic practices to co-exist on a project by project bases with the ability to work alongside guest practitioners and interweave it own practices, both edible & wearable in its application. These will be an addition to a dining experience and will be limited by production numbers and seasonality. We will use this vehicle to create a limited number of in house products that are both food and lifestyle orientated.

A mergence of global majority cultures, we weave our own identity through food and art, while simultaneously narrating both forms of art to exist in symbiosis.
